Our furniture typically comes "Ready Assembled". Some pieces of furniture may require minor assembly such as attaching feet or handles. Small Goods

This applies to the shipping of home accessories and items typically under 35kg. Deliveries can take place from 7am - 9pm Monday to Sunday. The courier will make contact and provide tracking details for when your order will arrive.

Large Items

This applies to the shipping of furniture. We offer two man, white glove home delivery on large furniture items. Deliveries can take place from 7am - 9pm Monday to Friday. For remote areas delivery times may be limited.

Delivery will be made to the room of your choice, (up to the second floor, unless there is lift access). Please note the courier can only deliver above the ground floor if the item weighs less than 75kg.

When your order is dispatched, the courier will make contact to arrange a delivery date and time. Please note the courier will not be able to amend the delivery address, delivery time or cancel within 24 hours of the expected delivery slot.

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To make a return please contact info@nomal.com with your order details for a fuss free return. We will then arrange collection of your items.

Please note that large furniture items such as cabinets, tables, wardrobes and similarly large or heavy items, will be subject to a £45 collection and re-stocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bespoke made to order products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your items, we ask that you make a return and place a new order. Please note that delivery charges will not be reimbursed. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
